End Of A Legacy

The Denver Broncos beat the dominant Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl 50 last night. The final score was 24-10, and the legendary Peyton Manning received his second ring.

I believe this will be the last game that we will see Peyton play. Watching the final seconds tick down last night made me very sad. Ever since I was a little boy, I loved Peyton and Eli Manning. They have always been my role models and I have always looked up to them as not only football players, but as great men off the field. Peyton has always respected other teams and their players. He even respects his greatest rival, Tom Brady.

I think that we should definitely respect the great man and player Peyton Manning has been. All football fans will miss seeing Peyton line up and call out his audibles and “Omaha’s.” Peyton deserves a Hall of Fame spot and also is definitely an NFL Man of the Year.

Much respect to Peyton. I have always loved watching Peyton and this is going to be a hard time for almost every football fan. No matter what team you like, Peyton is a man you never wanted to see retire. He has created some of the most exciting games in the history of the NFL and will be included with the names and legacies of QB’s such as Joe Montana, Brett Favre, Jim Kelly, Joe Namath, Phil Simms, and others.

Respect to one of the best. We will miss you Peyton!
